Sports. For anyone who knows me, they know I'm not an expert or even much of a fan. To blog about a sport is a first for me. But I've just hit my limit of tolerance when it comes to the unbecoming behavior of the adults who are associated with the youth football teams in Patterson.

Yes, PATTERSON.

If a team's home field is the Patterson Community Stadium, then that team is a Patterson team. If the team has played on that field one season or for the last twenty, it's a Patterson team.

Parents: Please understand that one sports reporter can only do so much. Please understand that your children are watching you, and learning from you.

Wow, amazing knowledge, can you elaborate a little further with what exactly parents are doing wrong? If it's unsportmanlike conduct then that's fine write about it, because the emotion you show in your three paragrapghs you sounds like the people/parents your talking about. Please do more research when you talk about your subject, it makes you look like you know what your actually talking about.

it sounds to me like parents where bickering at the sports reporter because "their kid" wasn't featured in the newspaper. More research? Whats there to research? Should the names and address' of the said parents be posted? This is a blog...not a story. Sounds to me like you need some work when it comes to reading comprehension. Which will "make you look like you know what your actually talking about." :)
